She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Falk and Euellen Falk (Green); her siblings, Shirley (Jerome) and James (Mary Louise); her brother-in-law Arthur "Pete" Carrick; and her aunt Edna Huntington.
She is survived by: her son John Carrick; her aunt Helen Murphy; her nieces and nephews, Cindy, Kathleen, James (Anita), Jerome (Kathy), Ryan, Todd and Mark; her sister-in-law Theresa; and her grandchild Reddie. She is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, and cousins as well as great great nieces and nephews.
