She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Shurrager and Bertha Colgrove Shurrager; her husband Bruce Welch, Sr.; and her brothers, Norman and Ray Shurrager.
She is survived by: her children, Gerrianne Baker (Jeff) of Millcreek, Kathleen Clark (John) of Texas, Mary Ellen Wells (Ken) of Michigan, Bruce Welch, Jr. (Rita) of Georgia, Timothy Welch (Lori) of Erie and John Welch (Doreen) of Erie; and her sister Dorothy Mae Barringer. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
