He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Kenneth Miller and Elizabeth Catherine Miller (Burlett); his brother Kenneth Miller (Lee); and his girlfriend Mary E. Kohl. He is survived by: his sister Alice (Miller) Orton (Edward); his sons, Kenneth, James and William; and his niece Kira Newara.
