He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore E. Hough and Roena Hough (Alward); his uncle Don Smith; and his pet Lola. He is survived by: his children, Megan L. Alward (Mike Cratty), Morgan R. Alward (Andrew Rickard) and Jake D. Alward (Mikaela Billings); his siblings, Sue A. Vanicek (Bob) and Theodore "Ted" Alward (Doreen); his granddaughter Blakely M. Alward; his former wife Judy L. Alward; and his aunt Thelma Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
