She was predeceased by: her husband George "Bud" Garfield; her parents, Mary Uht and Carl Uht; her brothers, James Uht and Gerard Uht; her grandson Jonathan Miller; and her son-in-law Richard Gensheimer.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Gensheimer of Henderson, NV, James Garfield (Regina) of Reston, VA and Paul Garfield of Pass; her grandchildren, Emily Johnson of Placerville, CA, Evan Garfield of Arlington, VA and Maura Pick (Chris) of Oakton, VA; her great grandchildren, Julian, Lily, Ella, Nico, Meadow, Silas Johnson, Charlie and Caroline Pick; and her sister-in-law Barbara Makarowski of Rochester, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Calendar St. Andrew Catholic Church (1116 W 7th St, Erie, PA 16502). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
