She was predeceased by: her parents, Clemens Geiger and Leona Richards Geiger; her husband Ed Schlindwein; her son Steven Schlindwein; and her brother Charles "Chuck" Geiger.
She is survived by: her siblings, Edward Geiger (Tammy) of Erie, Joseph Geiger (Jennifer Hoffman) of Erie, Rita Geiger of Erie and Anne Slupski (Mike) of Erie; her friend Nolene; and her nieces and nephews, Chad Geiger, Corrine Geiger, Chase Geiger, Ella Geiger and Michael Slupski.
