She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Schnelzer and Carolyn Davis Schnelzer Killian; her husband Donald S. Shaner; and her sister Lucia Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Hope Shaner Donato of Charlotte, NC, Donald Shaner (Theresa) of Girard, PA and Christopher Shaner (Rebecca) of Girard, PA; her grandchildren, David, Caitlin, Cassandra and Nicholas; and her siblings, Martin J. Schnelzer (Yvonne), Larry Schnelzer (Cynthia) and Marie Manny (William). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
