It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeline Ann Saur Pesta of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy J. Rastatter and Esther Allen Rastatter; her husband David Saur; her son Stephen Saur; and her siblings, Joseph Rastatter (Mae) and Rosemary Southard.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Saur Kalinowski (Tom), Scott Saur and James Saur (Jackie); her siblings, Joyce Dahlkemper (Jerry) and David Rastatter (Carol); her grandchildren, Jennifer Kalinowski Euliano (Mark), Jason Kalinowski (Ashley), Rachel Kalinowski Hoffman (Mike), Sammie Saur, Nikki Saur and Lexi Saur; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Aubree, Ethan, Makenna and Teagan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
