It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lyall Anson Bills of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 4, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon H. Bills and Beatrix Mae Sparks Bills; and his siblings, Emmel, Warren, Francis, Thomas, Cecal, Ida May, Lois and Leola.
He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Bills of Oil City and Carla Baker of Oil City; his grandchildren, Philip Bills, Chelcie Bills, Jessica Baker, Trisha Burley, Rebecca Burley and Brianna Burley; and his stepgrandson Kevin Christianson. He is also survived by 3 step children, several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Reinsel Funeral Home & Crematory (116 Bissell Ave, Oil City, PA 16301). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
