Smith, Sr.; her children, James Smith (Becky) and Kelly VanScyoc (Dan Kuzma); her sisters, Tessie Oosterkamp (Bill) and Phyllis Rebman; her grandchildren, Jimmy Smith (Amber), Alexa Smith (Conor Colpoys), Danielle VanScyoc, Jake VanScyoc and Amber Kuzma; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Carter and Aubree Smith; and her daughter-in-law Larissa Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
