She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Nowack and Anne Nowack (Lysak); and her brother Eugene Nowack. She is survived by: her husband Lee Merski of Erie; her sister Barbara Burrows of Greece, NY; her children, Shawn McClelland (Brian) of Erie, Scott Heher of Erie, Jacob Merski of Wisconsin and Chris Merski (Kelly) of Fairview; and her granddaughters, Leigh and Lauren Merski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
