She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Platt and Annabell Wilson Platt; her husband Bernard Sassman; and her brother Vaughn Platt. She is survived by: her children, Allan Sassaman (Carol) of Erie, PA and Terri Thompson (Will) of Altoona, PA; her grandchildren, Paul Bocianowski, Eric Sassman (Marie), Stephan Bocianowski, Laura Sassman Pabellon (Johnathan), James Bocianowski and Jonathan Bocianowski; and her great grandchildren, Skye Bocianowski, Evan and Fiona Sassman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
