He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Bafik and Anna Bafik (Janosik); his wife Mary Bafik (Brooks); his daughter Debbie Bafik Harpst; and his siblings, John Bafik, Margaret Meter and Bette Kocur.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Bafik, Mark Bafik of Long Beach, Calif, Barb Way (Ed) and Bob Bafik (Marianna); and his grandchildren, Kim, Amy, Lauren, Matt, Cody, Taylor, Anthony and Mary. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
