We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2021, at the age of 88, Leitha J. Hauk of Erie, Pennsylvania, born in Sunbury, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Zimmerman and Ethel Zimmerman; her husbands, Frederick W. Hauk (Sunbury) and Fred; and her stepmother Alverta Zimmerman.
She is survived by: her grandchild Chris; her children, Michael Hauk (Deborah) of Fairview, PA, Kathryn Sherlock of Morgantown, WV and Kurt Hauk (Carol) of Watertown, NY; her grandchildren, Brendan Sherlock, Molly Sherlock, Maggie Sherlock, Andrew Hauk, Kyle Hauk, Rebecca Traud, Elizabeth Sundberg and Christopher Hauk; her great grandchildren, Millie Traud and Nora Traud; and also Teacher Organization.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Degenstein Community Library, Sunbury PA; St. Monica's Parish, Sunbury PA; or UPMC Family Hospice via the Hamot Health Foundation.
