He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Flanigan and Audrey Flanigan (Sands); and his siblings, Kim Michael Flanigan and Sue Ann Flanigan. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Carla Flanigan; his nephew Sean Flanigan (Lina); his great-nephew Gavin Flanigan; and his cousins, Candy Blaszczyk (Rick), Cindy Kindle (Keith) and Paul Flanigan (Michelle Lewis).

Michelle has been responsible for all the wonderful care Kirk has received over his years of fighting Parkinson's.
