It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kimberly Lynn Carrier Lowe of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Ike" Carrier and Dolores Alva Keth; and her husband Von Clyde Lowe of Scottdale, PA.. She is survived by: her children, Ashley Laurren Parr (Brett) of Louisville, KY, Cameron Lee Lowe of Pittsburgh and Courtney Lynn Lowe; and her siblings, Carla Dawn Carrier of Erie and Mark Allan Carrier of Bellingham, WA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
