She is survived by: her daughter Jade Koehle (Nate) of Erie; her parents, Arnold "Tad" Burgert and Joanne "Jody" Burgert of Utica, PA; her brothers, Tad (Lorena) of Chula Vista, CA and Derek (Jessica) of Pittsburgh; her granddaughters, Kennedy and Ada Koehle; and her nieces and nephews, Paola, Ella, Andre and Jack. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
