He was predeceased by: his parent Leander Steiner; his wife Laverna Helmbrecht Steiner; and his sister Beatrice Shoemaker. He is survived by: his parent Frances Babel Steiner; his children, Darlene Haring, Kenneth Lee Steiner and David Steiner; and his brother Robert Steiner. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
Private services and interment were privately handled by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the VFW Post 470, 1808 West 26th Street, Erie, PA 16508.
