She is survived by: her parents, George Kopec and Florence Kopec (Waskiewicz); her husband Art Banko; her sister Judie Barnett; her nieces and nephews, Matthew Barnett (Dinah), Martha Stanek (John), Cathy Rasmussen (Jay), Lorrie Benacci, Tom Kopec (Erica), George Kopec, Debbie Snyder, Shirley Sadler (Gus), Tania Leone, Scott Leone (Michelle), Teresa Wilczynski (Pat) and Ann Marie Madden (Don); and her brother-in-law John Barnett. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory (1595 W 38th St, Erie, PA 16508). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
