With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karin Vivi-Anne (Anderson) Lauria McCormick of Erie, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernst Anderson and Dorothy Anderson (Nordgren); and her former husband Frank Lauria. She is survived by: her husband Richard T. McCormick; her children, Candy Rentschler (Rick), Frank Lauria (Linda), Chris Lauria, Karin Lauria (Bill Lynn), Michael Lauria (Anne) and Jennifer Lukens (Dave); and her siblings, Eivor Norberg (Preston), Anna Laurila (Andersson) and Stefan Andersson. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory (1595 W 38th St, Erie, PA 16508). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
