She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde R. "Sam" Weihe Jr. and Katharine M. "Kate" Weihe (Hood); and her husband Dr. John W. Furlow, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, John David Furlow (Teri) of Davis, Samuel Martin Furlow of Odenton and Eliza Louise Bayard Peterson (Ross) of Erie, Pennsylvania; her sister Martha Jane Weihe (John Kaufman) of Saratoga Springs; and her grandchildren, Alex Furlow, Abbi Furlow, Hannah Furlow, Jack Peterson, Will Peterson and Kate Peterson.
