She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel J. O'Brien and Alice E. O'Brien (Greer); her husband Joseph A. Gulish; and her friend Carol Ruskin. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly, Amy and Brien Gulish; her granddaughters, Anna Gulish (Alex) and Autumn Ford; her great grandchildren, Julian and Jordan Gulish; her granddaughter Lexi; her friend Linda Kelsey of L'Arche; her siblings, Karen Pugh (Tim) of Butler, Samuel (Rosemarie), David (Cheryll) and Stephen O'Brien (Arlene); her legged kid Sophie; and her nieces and nephews, Inishturk and Ireland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
