He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Millimaci and Josephine Millimaci (Musso); his grandson Trevor Millimaci; and his sisters, Flora Pamula, Mary Jane Hoffman and Denise Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Millimaci, Daniel Millimaci, Christine Hess, Elena Darden (Anthony), Ann Spinelli (Sean), Ryan Millimaci, Jennifer Millimaci and Sara Millimaci; his grandchildren, Krystal, Cassandra, Stephanie, Tyler, Daryn, Craig and Kaden; his brother Phillip Millimaci; and his close friends, Brian Zewe and James "Jazz" Curry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
