He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. "Jack" O'Neill and Edna M. O'Neill (Donovan); and his daughter Chelsey O'Neill. He is survived by: his children, Brady O'Neill, Casey O'Neill (Amanda), Judy Keesler (Kyle) and Shannon O'Neill (Patty George); his grandchildren, Sophia, Myla and Kolson; and his siblings, Peggy Rogers, Ann Lewis (Sam), Dan O'Neill (Debbie), Patty Manns (John) and Michael O'Neill (Lorie). He is also survived by her four children and two grandsons.
