He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis and Gretchen Lewis (McIntire); and his siblings, Doris Kuczynski, Larry Bizzaro, Richard Bizzaro, Kathy Bizzaro and David Bizzaro.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Lewis (Steimer); his children, Veronica Hamilton of Erie, Michelle Stewart of Conneaut Lake, Charlene Moffett (Daniel) of Millcreek, Michael of Erie and Timothy Kestle of Erie; and his siblings, Thomas Lewis (Diana), Mildred of Erie and Barbara Lewis of Erie. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
