He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph "Dodo"; and his sister Kathleen Weyand. He is survived by: his parent Henrietta Strohmeyer Sinnott; his brother Edward Sinnott (Gloria) of Erie; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Klevens of Pittsburgh, Mayor Joseph Sinnott of Erie, Attorney Christopher Sinnott (Kristen) of Erie, Jeffrey Weyand (Janis) of Erie, Patrick Weyand of Erie and Timothy Weyand (Michelle) of Erie.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the YMCA of Greater Erie, 31 West 10th Street, Erie, Pa. 16501.
