He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Flatley, Sr. and Rosemary "Pat" Flatley (Price); his sisters, Maureen Moose and Karen Flatley; and his brother-in-law Donald Metzger.
He is survived by: his sons, John G. Flatley and Liam Joseph Flatley; his former wife Gennifer Winters; and his siblings, Patrick Flatley, Joseph Flatley (Linda), Kevin Flatley (Kathleen), Timothy Flatley, Terrance Flatley (Linda), Steve Flatley (Andrea), Kathleen Flatley, Rosemary Jackson, Ann Metzger, Jane Letto and Christine Flatley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
