He was predeceased by: his parents, John Southworth and Agnes Southworth (Pfister); his wife Velma Southworth (Rigazzi); his son John Southworth III (Jack); and his sister Donna Coyne.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Southworth (Larry Chichester) of Manassas, VA; and his grandchildren, Jasmine Southworth and Madison Chichester. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services (3801 W 26th St, Erie, PA 16506). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services West Ridge (3801 W 26th St, Erie, PA 16506).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
