He was predeceased by: his parents, John LeHota Sr. and Margaret Casel Moyer LeHota. He is survived by: his wife Pamela "Pam" Taylor LeHota; his daughters, Caroline Dempsey (Christopher Dempsey) of Erie and Alice LeHota of Philadelphia; his grandsons, Aiden and Evan Dempsey; and also Susan LeHota of Springfield, PA..
