He was predeceased by: his father John "Jack" Heverley, Sr.; and his sister Lisa Heverley. He is survived by: his mother Judy Milano; his stepfather Gary Milano; his wife Kathleen Basler Heverley; and his nephew Hunter Klapthor (Jack). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and great-nieces and nephews.
