She was predeceased by: her parents, Stan Figurski and Marie Figurski (Youngbauer); her brothers, Robert Figurski (Bob) and Stan Figurski Jr.; and her brother-in-law William Bell.
She is survived by: her husband William J. Bengel; her sons, Matthew J. Bengel of Erie, Joshua J. Bengel (Karen) of Erie and Eric J. Bengel (Courtney) of Erie; her sister Debby Figurski; her sister-in-law Toni Eccher of Eugene, OR; and her sisters, Marty Lindquist (Mike) and Carla Bell. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Benedictine Sisters of Erie.
