He is survived by: his children, Jose Montero of Erie, Maria Del Carmen Montero (Fabian) of Erie, Roberto Montero (Edie) of Erie, Edwin Montero of Puerto Rico, Sonia Montero (George) of Puerto Rico, Sandra Montero (Renee) of Puerto Rico, Mirta Montero of Puerto Rico, Jesus Manuel Montero of New Jersey, Ana Montero of Erie, Ricardo Montero (Carmen) of Puerto Rico, Madeline Montero of Puerto Rico and Gloria Ivette (Israel) of Puerto Rico; and his daughter-in-law Kim Austin of Albion. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
