She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wadolowski and Stella Klesnicki Wadolowski. She is survived by: her son Joseph Chmielewski (Charlene) of Erie; her grandchildren, Michael Chmielewski (Sarah), Jason Chmielewski, Kristy Ambrose (Andrew) and David Chmielewski; her great grandchildren, Finely, Paxton and Nolan; and her caregiver Sarah Martin.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice.
