He was predeceased by: his father Paul B. Kraus; his sister Deborah Mansur; and his brother-in-law Kurt Sahlman. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Way Kraus; his wife Kim Oakes Kraus; his daughters, Caroline and Elizabeth Kraus; his siblings, Kevin Kraus (Pascale) and Kathy Sahlman; his brother-in-law Robert Mansur; and his nephews, Paul, Daniel and Joseph Mansur. He is also survived by several in-laws, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services West Ridge (3801 W 26th St, Erie, PA 16506). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to Erie City Mission, 2964 W. 15th St., Erie, PA 16505.
