Jean M. Blodien Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jean M. Blodien of Erie, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 11, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Theodore and Ingrid Skoog Blodien; her brother Carl; and her sister-in-law Lucinda Blodien. She is survived by: her nephews, Thomas C. Blodien of Jamestown, NY and John F. Blodien of Jamestown, NY; her niece Tammi Rae Blodien; her great-nephew Reginald Edward Blodien (Karen); her great-nieces, Karlie Rae Blodien and Cora Ann Blodien; and also Arland Warren Blodien.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (250 W 7th St, Erie, PA 16501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Laurel Hill Cemetery (4523 Love Rd, Erie, PA 16506).
