He is survived by: his parents, Donna Lewis (Rice) and John Lewis; his sister Heidi (Tony Bardo); his nieces and nephews, Harrison and Elora; and his grandmother Mary Grace Lewis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
