She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Kwiatkowski and Elinor Kwiatkowski (Flowers); and her husband Richard Joseph Moskel. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Moskel (Douglas Russell) of Erie, Joann Santana (Angel) and Norfolk; and her sisters, Jeanette Bisbee, Pauline Ramos and Chrylene Lindsey (Paul). She is also survived by six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins, and long time family friends.
