He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Myak and Stephen Myak Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert (Gayle) and Judith (Larry); his brother-in-law Dave Karaban; his nephews, Robert and Greg Myak; and his goddaughter Rachael.
