It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James D. Oatman in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 24, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Oatman and Esther Oatman (Davis); and his siblings, William, Edward, Ralph and Bonnie Boyd.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean; his great grandchildren, James D. Oatman, Jr., Jacqueline Jenks (Jeff), Brian Oatman (Robin), Bruce Oatman (Joann Bernard), Jane Rose, Debbie Balch (George), Kathy Preslar (Clarence) and Mary Ann McDaniel (Shane); and his brothers, Robert, Donald and Richard. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, our family would ask for memorial contributions to be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Claire Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio, Attn: Donna Kosh.
