He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Askins and Sarah Askins (Snyder); and his brother John Askins (Sonny). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Askins (Bizzarro); his children, Joseph Askins (Tina) of Summit Twp, Ernie Askins of Millcreek Twp and Jennie Askins of Millcreek Twp; his grandchildren, Andrew, Jimmy, Lexi, Joseph, Nicholas, Viviana and Abriana; and his siblings, Ernie, George, Bill, Gary, Tom, Mary Lou, Janet, Patty, Lisa, Debbie and Joanie. He is also survived by spouses along with many nieces and nephews.
