It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Arndt of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 27, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Arndt to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Arndt and Margaret Arndt (Whalen); his sons, Matthew Arndt and Robert Arndt; and his grandson Sean Siira.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Arndt (Swartout); his children, Kathleen Lupton (Robert), James C. Arndt (Sue), Mark J. Arndt (Maggie), Mary Walker (Bill), Maureen Arndt, Carl Hutchinson (Maryann), Gordon Hutchinson (Michelle), Terry Hutchinson (Sharon), Tina Lilly and Karen Hutchinson; and his sister Judith Heise (Jimmy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
