He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Luciano and Ruth Luciano (Hubbard). He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Luciano (Touris); and his daughters, Sara Volkman, Destiny Volkman, Katie McEntire, Ganzer and Christy Plummer.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.
