He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Nicole Blauser. He is survived by: his daughters, Leighton Nicole Wise and Haylee-Jade; his parents, Dale Wise and Laureen Verbanac; his siblings, Lyndsy Wise and Kenneth Wise; and his nieces and nephews, Lydia, Lane, Brant and Tate.
