It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jaclyn Kendrath (Erie, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 20, 2018, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Howard Kendrath, Frank Mello and Jackie Mello; her uncle Mike Mello; her aunt Robin Pianka; and also Greg Pianka.
She is survived by: her parents, Daniel Kendrath and Debra Mello Kendrath Miaczynski; her children, Adriana Sornberger and Brayson Sheldon; her siblings, Emily Kendrath of Erie, Laura Ballman of Erie and Frank Mello (Molly) of Erie; her grandmother Dorothy Kendrath of Erie; her stepfather Jim Miaczynski of Erie; her aunts and uncles, Kathi Peters, Beth Locke, Tia Barbarini (Robert) of Erie, Steve Kendrath of Deland and Ken Kendrath (Faye) of Erie; and also Michael Black of Erie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
