He is survived by: his wife Tina Phillips (Curtis); his daughters, Dawn Phillips of Erie and Jennifer Phillips of Erie; his grandchildren, Jason, Desiree, Kevin, Katie and Jaime; his great grandchildren, Zariah and Carmyn; and his siblings, Sheryl Casssett of Erie, Bonnie Phillips of Erie, Christine Phillips of Erie, Donald Phillips of Erie and Charles Phillips of Ohio.
