In loving memory of Horace H. Gregory of Erie, Pennsylvania, who departed this world on September 16, 2024 at the age of 76. Horace leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C "Pee Wee" Gregory Sr. and Mattie Ethel "Help" Jordan Gregory; his siblings, Alonzo (Gregory), Geraldine Gregory Pulliam and Maryann Gregory Thomas; and his niece Barbara Jean Pulliam Darby.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Hobson Gregory; his children, Tunisia Gregory-Atkinson (Phillip) of Atlanta, Nakila McKee of Birmingham, AL, Justin Jones of Buffalo, NY and Michael D. Gray of Erie, PA; his stepchildren, Monteko Gregory, Sanya Gambill Blanks (Anthony) of Erie, PA and Shayla Gregory of Erie, PA; his aunt Freddie Mae Jordan-Martin; his siblings, Gracie Gregory Gray, Freddie Lee Gregory Sr., Robert C. Gregory Jr., Floyd Gregory Sr. and Benjamin Gregory; his nieces, Zadie of Erie, PA, Juanita Gregory of Erie, PA and Lisa Mills of Erie, PA; and his brother-in-law Eddie Lee "Fish" Thomas. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, one great granddaughter and four step grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pitts Funeral Home of Erie (2926 Pine Ave, Erie, PA 16504). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
