He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Gilbert and Marion Gilbert (Wright); his daughter Stephanie Gilbert; and his brother Ronald Gilbert. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gilbert; his daughters, Tricia Lavor (Andrew) and Jamie Jarosz; his grandchildren, Tia, Tasha, Isabel, Steven and Marissa; and his great grandchild Lennox. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
