He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Weiss and Lillian Weiss; and his former wife Mary Catherine Gillespie Weiss. He is survived by: his children, Juanita Weiss of Toccoa and Michael; his daughter-in-law Sarah Weiss of Winder; his grandchildren, Jessica Esther Weiss, Jonathan Ezra Weiss, Elijah Joseph Weiss, Alan Grant, Chance Malone and Trinity Grant; his fiancé Marion Rice of Toccoa; his sister Adeline Weiss Mackler of Philadelphia; and his nephew Fred Cohen.
