He is survived by: his wife Charlene Heard (Hough); his children, Robert Heard and Heather Fanz of Fenton, Missouri; his brother David Heard (Karen); and his stepchildren, Brian Yurchak (Nataliya) and Michelle Altman (Christopher) of Erie, PA. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
