He was predeceased by: his parents, C. James Colvin and Irene Heberlein Colvin. He is survived by: his siblings, Becky Stefnoski (Doug) of Erie, Jim Colvin (Patti) of Erie, Tim Colvin (Lori) of Erie, Terry Colvin (Sharon) of Erie and Willard "Bill" Tochenny of Erie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
